How to Use Elevista.ai; Step by Step Guide

Elevista.ai is essentially your smart share button that sits on your content! It allows your community of subscribers to share a summarized version of your content with their network. As a result, it will be more visible and discoverable and driving you more traffic, audiences, and conversions.

First of all, head to www.elevista.ai.com and you can see below. Copy the text of an article that you want to summarize or a newsletter that you are about to send out and paste it in the big blank box.

No matter if your content contains images. The images will be removed automatically in the pasted text.

Then, click on "Let the magic begin" to create the summary of your content.

In this step, you need to sign in to get the summarized version of your content. However, you will only need to enter your email address and the verification code you receive. Then, click on the "Continue" button to sign in.

By clicking the "Continue" button, it sends you a verification code to your email address. So, go to our inbox, pick the code and enter it to the blank box. You will have 120 seconds to do this step.

Copy the verification code and paste it on the blank box. Then click on "Submit" button to go to the next step.

It then shows you a summary of the article copied and pasted along with a link. The summary is what your community of subscribers can share with the network, and the link makes us able to track and report you the amount of share.

You can edit the summary in the next steps.

After that, click on the "Continue to setup" to complete your sign up process. You will direct to the step in which you can decide if you want to utilize automation or do all steps manually. On the automated path, by sharing each new newsletter, the content will automatically get summarized on Elevista.ai system, making it ready for your promoters to share, without the need to create one manually.

Automated share button

Currently, the automated process is available for newsletter creators who write and publish their newsletter on beehiiv, substack or ConvertKit. By choosing automatic share button you will get more data on promoters' performance.

As we publish our newsletter on Substack, in this step I click on "substack" button and then click "Continue".

On the next step, it asks us for the sender email of your newsletter and the target URL. Sender email address is the email address your newsletter is sent through that. You can find it on the settings or dashboard section of your newsletter publisher platform. For example, I went to dashboard -> settings -> community section and picked it under the "Who can reply to your emails?" header, as you can see on the below image.

And target URL means where you want the resulting traffic to head to, when people share your content. Let’s say we want them to go to www.elevista.ai, so we should enter it on the box shown below and click on the "Next" button.

If you choose "Skip", you will have the option to change the path to manual.

After clicking the "Next" button, you need to copy the email address you see and add it as one of your subscribers of your newsletter. This is the most important step to utilize automatic share button to enable the system to get your content and summarize it.

Now you have a link as your share link that you should put on your newsletter for your subscribers to click on and access the summary.

If you share your newsletter on Convertkit or Beehiiv copy the HTML code and add it to your newsletter. Or download the image and add the link in case you share your newsletter on Substack. You need to save the HTML code/Image into your newsletter template so that it's there every time you draft a new email.

The manual path.

The manual work will entail a few more steps compared to the automated path. For example, you need to create a share button manually for each piece of long form content every time you send out a newsletter.

Also, manual share button is well suited to podcasts and Youtube videos. If you prefer the manual path, you need to enter the domain address where you share your content on it. Then, click "Generate share button".

On the next step, you can edit the title and content of the summarized version as you want, before you get the share link.

Also, in this step, you should add your target address without the domain part, which is already written in the "Target URL" box.

Before you share the link, you can edit the summarized text on the "Preview and Generate" step.

Clicking on the "Confirm and Generate" button is the last step of the manual path. You are done now.

For the sake of the argument, let’s say we paste it somewhere in our newsletter, send it out, and one of our subscribers clicks on it. They see a summary of the article. They can click copy and share by clicking on that.

You are, also, able to choose the tone and customize the summary to match with the atmosphere of where they are going to share. As you can see in the image, they can also decide to include or exclude related hashtags and emojis.

Once you click the Twitter button, it takes you to Twitter, where you share the summary with your network. If one of the people who shared, saw the tweet clicked on this link.
